That's Andris Skulte's Twin-Turbo Z28 there, all prepared for the annual mud bog competition at the New York State fairgrounds in May. He started building himself a roll cage with his new TIG welder, then went crazy when he found an old monster truck chassis on EBAY... Ahh, the pitfalls of project creep. I know them well.

I'm actively working on this page as there are about 50 Mb of graphics laying about. I added some stuff to Dan's Car Gallery, but it's going to take a while due to the volume of reconstruction required to make the graphics navigable.
